About Us

Regardless of the type of service we provide from sniffer dogs to security guarding, our commitment to Quality Assurance is the cornerstone of our progress towards the creation of a Total Quality environment which is open to objective measurement. The decision to proceed in this way has brought about a positive approach to our management control systems and the development of additional measures to ensure that all policies are quality related and customer orientated.

An approved, documented quality system is only part of the process. Education, training, guidance and motivation of people working within the system are important elements, which addressed positively, will generate a quality service.

To our customers and those we hope will use our services, we say to you that, in an industry which is essentially unregulated, you are entitled to be independently assured that the company responsible for safeguarding your property and business assets can demonstrate the ability, expertise and management control needed to carry out such important tasks. RFA is such a company.

We have a documented, structured Quality Assurance System designed specifically to meet the requirements of our customers and which conforms to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015

The Quality Management System operating within RFA Security Services aims to provide its clients with a quality of service that conforms to contractual requirements. Satisfying our client's needs is on a par with the safety and well-being of our employees.

RFA Security Services Ltd holds SIA Approved Contractor status for the provision of Security Guarding and Keyholding services. The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider's operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor that it has met defined standards.
